Everything was good here. The room was spacious with bedrooms, we loved the stay. The neighbourhood was nice. The hosts of this apartment were friendly.

This is a lovely apartment just next door to town centre and like 5 minute walk. Staff is very very helpful and courteous. I would stay here again, because enjoyed it.

It's quiet place and everything was good. The apartment has good so close to train stations, and a quiet neighbourhood. Affable staff knows how to make your stay really comfortable. It’s located in a nice building.

The decor was lovely and homely, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with a range of appliances that made meal preparation a breeze. The location was perfect, situated close to the seafront and with convenient train stations nearby. The staff at Seventy Eight were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They promptly attended to our requests and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Seventy Eight to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Southend-on-Sea. We had a really lovely stay in Southend-on-Sea near to beach, FOOTBALL GROUND and town centre. The location was handy in back garden of house behind, and had everything you needed. We found everything perfect, recommend it to anyone.

Magnificent location adjacent to shops, the beach, and TO TOWN CENTRE, and the room was airy. There was restaurant The Garrison Bakery with coffee and goodies within 5 minutes walk.

The place is conveniently located with friendly staff, spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, hypoallergenic pillows, and is situated close to the promenade.

Quiet apartment with nice decoration adjacent to the promenade, back garden and train stations. Room was absolutely perfect and airy and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Nice place with a comfortable location right by the seafront and train stations close by, TO TOWN CENTRE and back garden of house behind. Location in a quiet neighbourhood. Just perfect experience, would stay here again.

Damp room.

Clean and nicely decorated flat with a well-equipped kitchen. Location is a 15-minute walk from the seafront which may take longer with kids. Communication with remote agency was efficient. Quiet road, 10 minutes from train station. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and the option to cook. Ample space for a short stay.

The experience was really comfortable from start to finish. Location was nice and magnificent, near to TO TOWN CENTRE, the promenade and train stations. Also, it was based close to big supermarket.

We've stayed there for 2 nights, everything was perfect, don't miss it. Staff were very helpful and amiable all the time. Kitchen was such a bonus.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, being just 0.5 km from London Southend airport.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely house. The location was great, close to the seafront and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, helpful, and promptly addressed any requests I had. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to others. a fantastic experience.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The door to the patio was difficult to close once opened, which was a bit frustrating.
